Audit, Governance & Risk
A track for the people who evaluate and steer how technology is controlled rather than operating it directly — IT auditors, risk and continuity planners, and process owners who need their organization’s controls to be both compliant and genuinely effective. Courses combine framework instruction with real audit and process documentation exercises.
This page covers the first 3 of 18 courses in the track. Courses run as private cohorts with a minimum class size of 5 participants.
Audit IT General Control & Application Control
Teaches IT auditors how to evaluate both layers a control audit actually depends on: general controls governing access, change management, and IT operations, and the application-level controls built into specific systems. Participants practice testing control design versus control effectiveness — the distinction most findings hinge on.

Business Impact Analyst (BIA)
Covers the methodology behind a proper business impact analysis: identifying which business processes are actually critical, quantifying the cost and tolerance for their disruption, and translating that into recovery time objectives that a business continuity or disaster recovery plan can be built on.

Business Process Management (Optimizing & Standardizing Cross-Unit Processes)
For process owners dealing with workflows that cross departmental lines and tend to drift out of sync. Covers mapping a process as it actually runs (not as documented), identifying where units diverge, and standardizing and governing the result so it stays consistent after the workshop ends.
