Custom Academy is Zhinkera’s answer for organizations building a long-term security capability rather than filling one skills gap. It’s a structured, multi-module pathway — foundations, then specialization tracks (e.g. offensive security, blue team/SOC operations, GRC), then advanced practice — with assessments between levels so progression is verified, not assumed.
What’s included
A curriculum map spanning multiple levels (e.g. Foundation → Specialist → Advanced) built jointly with the client
Assessment checkpoints between levels — practical exams, capture-the-flag exercises, or scenario evaluations
Scenario-based labs built from anonymized or simulated versions of the client’s own environment
A private cohort — only the client’s staff in the room
Who it’s for
